New SiteLink Certified Professional course brings SiteLink users up to speed on cutting-edge myHub platform

Learn myHub from the ground up
SiteLink myHub is the browser-based version of SiteLink that runs in conjunction with SiteLink Web Edition and works on tablets, smartphones, PCs and Macs. Many operators enjoy myHub for its mobility, flexibility and easy-to-use interface. By sharing the same database in real-time, both interfaces run simultaneously, extending the convenience of SiteLink and ensuring that all data is up-to-date in both platforms.

SiteLink myHub (myhub.sitelink.com) requires no extra setup, and users log in with the same site-level or Corporate Control credentials as Web Edition.

Content to cover user-friendly myHub platform
The new course will cover the current tools and workflows available in SiteLink myHub including Lead to Lease, move-ins/outs, transfers, walk-thrus, Corporate Control, reports, payments, eFile Management plus new features such as the 3D Map, background auto-billing for credit cards and ACH, invoicing, selling merchandise and more.

Designed to help users take full advantage of the powerful myHub platform, the course is geared for all levels from beginner to expert user, including total newcomers to SiteLink management software and the self-storage industry. SiteLink users who are hesitant to begin using the myHub interface or are unsure how to start are also encouraged to register.

SCP part of SiteLink's goal of helping customers achieve success
The SiteLink Certified Professional (SCP) program, an industry first, launched in 2017 to fill a much-needed void for thorough training in self-storage management software. SCP also assists operators by reducing training costs and identifying qualified candidates. All SCP courses are self-paced and free to SiteLink Web Edition customers.

Users can complete the training on any Internet-connected device on their own time. Courses can be completed in any order. Once enrolled, students can access course content at any time for review or reference.

To become certified in a course, unit questions must be answered in order and be 100% correct. Once a course is complete, users can download a Certificate of Achievement plus an SCP email signature logo to acknowledge their accomplishment. New SiteLink Certified Professionals with a StorageForum account are announced monthly on the forum, SiteLink's online community, and awarded a unique badge.

New module is 4th in popular training program
With the addition of the new module, SCP now offers four levels of coursework: Daily Operations, Advanced Operations, Administrator and myHub. More than 3,000 SiteLink users have registered in the program earning 3,500 certifications from the first three courses, with 700+ certifying in all three.
