Also at KBIS 2025, SKS is previewing a groundbreaking Island System concept – a highly-evolved kitchen island that seamlessly integrates cutting-edge cooking and ventilation technologies. This futuristic solution features an "invisible" induction cooktop that blends in with the countertop's subtle woodgrain finish when not in use. The Island System's downdraft ventilation system, which remains flush with the counter's surface until needed, employs SKS's proprietary air curtain technology for effective removal of smoke and steam from cooking. Built-in storage spaces surrounding the downdraft ventilation can be customized to meet varied preferences, exemplifying SKS's commitment to personalized luxury.
