Faced with the demands of a busy day, some women choose convenience over nutrition when selecting an on-the-go breakfast option. To give them a new no-compromise choice, Special K introduced Coffee House Breakfast shakes, a convenient option with less than 200 calories per serving. Each shake provides 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and nearly a third of the daily value of key vitamins & minerals women don't get enough of[1]. It also provides the same amount of caffeine as a 5.5-ounce cup of coffee.
"Women deserve more from their on-the-go breakfast options," said Noel Geoffroy, vice president of marketing for Kellogg Morning Foods. "With our new shakes, there is no need to compromise on nutrition or taste."
The shakes are available in chocolate mocha and vanilla cappuccino flavors. The packs of four 10-oz. resealable bottles can be found at Wal-Mart and at other select retailers in the breakfast aisle.
