For between $25,000 and $50,000, Vantage Consulting Group conducts an initial engagement that typically includes definition and gap identification; "as is/to be" analysis; production line impact analysis; capital cost review/ recommendations; and vendor definitions.
Unlike open-ended consulting engagements that can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, Streamlined Serialization is designed to apply exactly the right amount of highly experienced consulting when and where it's needed within a carefully prepared serialization plan. Vantage Consulting's technical staff collaborates with their client's program team to keep projects on track, focused on business objectives, and with minimal loss of revenue from production line downtime.
The CMO/CPO offer is ideal for companies that have in-house engineering resources but not specific serialization knowledge. The customer receives highly experienced guidance without investing in its own serialization staff. For companies without in-house engineering resources, Vantage Consulting also offers comprehensive turnkey serialization services for managing a serialization project from inception to conclusion.
With between 20 and 30 years of relevant industry experience, Vantage Consultant Group's serialization specialists' knowledge encompasses all elements of strategic planning and technical implementation. They will scope out serialization projects from inception through implementation, identifying benchmarks throughout the project.
