New Wealth Management Team Joins U.S. Capital Advisors' Dallas Office
HOUSTON, March 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Capital Advisors LLC ("USCA") announced that Charles Dix, Clayton Fisher and Denise Clifton have joined the firm's Dallas, Texas office from Wells Fargo Advisors. Together, they are known as the Dix-Fisher Financial Consulting Group. Their team comes to USCA with over 93 years of combined experience, working with clients to establish and review comprehensive wealth strategies.

In addition to managing his Wealth Management clients, Charles Dix will take over the role as Dallas Market Manager. Steve Head, the former Dallas Market manager, is now heading up corporate business development, focused on driving new business to all three of the firm's segments – Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Asset Management. During the period of transitioning their Wealth Management practice to USCA, the team will report to Ford McTee, Senior Managing Director in charge of Austin markets for USCA.
Mr. Dix began his career in 1984 with Dean Witter. During his 31-year tenure in the industry, he has served as a financial advisor and in management roles at Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley, Wachovia Securities and most recently, Wells Fargo Advisors. He holds a Liberal Arts degree from Austin College, with a major in business and economics. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Corporate Management Program and the Southern Methodist University Certified Financial Planning program. Mr. Dix has been a FINRA arbitrator and a chairman of arbitration cases for over 20 years.
Mr. Fisher began his career in 2005, joining Mr. Dix at Wachovia Securities. He holds a BBA with an emphasis in Finance from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. Mr. Fisher is a Certified Financial Planner TM.
Also joining the team is Denise Clifton, a financial advisor with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career in 2005 with Edward Jones and joined the Dix-Fisher Financial Consulting Group at Wachovia Securities in 2010. Ms. Clifton graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a BA in accounting and finance.
Joining Mr. Dix, Mr. Fisher and Ms. Clifton are team members Megan Price, a Financial Advisor, and Eileen Stella, a Senior Client Service Associate, with a combined 42 years of industry experience.
