Key findings from the report include:

ITC investigations rebounded to 52 in 2024, up 41% from 37 in 2023.
Patent disputes dominated filings, accounting for over 90% of all investigations, with a 25% increase from 32 in 2023 to 40 in 2024.
Consumer Goods led all industries, representing 25% of cases, up from 21% in 2023, while Networking/Wireless and Life Sciences remained key areas of interest.
Judge caseloads shifted, with ALJs Bhattacharyya and Moore handling the most matters in 2024, overtaking ALJs Hines and Elliot, who led in 2023.
