Newbridge Securities Corporation Hires Michael Bernadino to Serve as Chief Compliance Officer

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Newbridge Securities Corporation ("NSC"), is excited to announce the addition of Michael Bernadino to serve as Chief Compliance Officer ("CCO"), effective February 13, 2012.

Mr. Bernadino is a 35 year veteran of the securities industry and has an impressive background as a Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Bernadino has worked for several large "bulge bracket" firms (Dean Witter, Charles Schwab and Wachovia Securities), as well as acting most recently as Chief Compliance Officer and founding partner at IJL Financial Advisors, LLC in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Bernadino has proven himself to be a capable compliance and regulatory officer while maintaining a positive attitude about business development and a "client first" approach to working with Financial Advisors as they seek to differentiate themselves in their respective markets.

Mr. Bernadino has developed and fostered a productive relationship with the various regulatory agencies and will bring a continuation of the strong culture of compliance.
