Newfold Digital Appoints Sachin Puri Chief Executive Officer; Sharon Rowlands to Become Executive Chair

Appointment reinforces Newfold Digital's strategy and investments in AI, cloud infrastructure and customer experience

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Newfold Digital, a global web presence and commerce technology company serving about six million customers across 200+ countries, today announced the appointment of Sachin Puri as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Sharon Rowlands will transition from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chair after more than six years as CEO.

Puri currently leads Newfold Digital's two principal operating groups, Bluehost Group and Network Solutions Group. Since joining the company as CEO of Bluehost Group in May 2025, Puri's responsibilities have expanded to include leadership of Network Solutions Group. He has led the evolution of the company's core platforms around AI-powered products, modern cloud infrastructure, and customer experience.

He brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling high-growth SaaS, eCommerce, security and digital infrastructure businesses. His career includes senior leadership roles at StubHub, McAfee, WP Engine and Liquid Web.
