Newmark Arranges $482.5 Million Financing to Advance The Stockman, Auberge Collection in Steamboat Springs, CO

NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Newmark Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMRK) ("Newmark" or the "Company"), a leading commercial real estate advisor and service provider to large institutional investors, global corporations and other owners and occupiers, announces the Company has arranged a $482.5 million loan on behalf of Stockman Development LLC, led by Marquee Development, to advance The Stockman, Auberge Collection, an ultra-luxury ski-in, ski-out resort that recently broke ground in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

The financing was provided by GoldenTree Asset Management, a global, employee-owned asset management firm with approximately $70 billion in assets under management. 

Newmark Co-President of Global Debt & Structured Finance Jordan Roeschlaub, Vice Chairman Nick Scribani, Managing Director Tyler Dumon and Director Holden Witkoff arranged the financing on behalf of the Sponsor.

The Stockman will comprise 95 luxury branded residences and a 59-key hotel operated under the Auberge Resorts Collection. OZ Architecture is leading the building design, with interiors by Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects. Berkshire Hathaway is leading residential sales efforts.

As one of the first luxury resorts developed in Steamboat, The Stockman will offer residents and guests an extensive amenity program including direct ski-in/ski-out access to Steamboat Mountain, spa and fitness facilities, a pool, multiple food and beverage offerings, an owners' lounge, dedicated ski locker storage and private terraces. The Resort's design will draw on Steamboat Springs' Western heritage while pairing the destination's character with contemporary amenities and five-star hospitality.

Located at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, the project will provide direct access to Steamboat's year-round recreational offerings, including skiing, hiking, mountain biking and fishing. The development represents the next phase of Alterra's investment into the mountain following their $250 million "Full Steam Ahead" reinvestment program, which has transformed Steamboat Resort and further positioned the mountain as a world-class year-round destination.
