Nexeo Solutions signed a lease for its new global headquarters in October of 2011, paving the way for construction of 3 Waterway Square Place.   Nexeo Solutions selected The Woodlands, a booming suburb of Houston and the #4 best-selling master-planned community in the US, for its new global headquarters to be closer to its customers and supply partners while providing a high quality of life for its employees.  Celebrating its second year of operations, Nexeo Solutions will occupy more than 100,000 sq. feet on the top five floors of 3 Waterway Square Place.
