Nexeo Solutions is named exclusive distributor for Arkema floor care resins in the US and Canada

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Nexeo Solutions, a global leader in chemical distribution, announced today that they have finalized an exclusive distribution agreement with Arkema Coating Resins, a business unit of Arkema Inc., to distribute ENCOR® acrylic and styrene acrylic emulsion products for floor care applications throughout the US and Canada.

Nexeo Solutions already has a successful partnership with Arkema in other markets across North America, and is continually expanding its product portfolio and geographic reach. The agreement grants exclusive distribution rights to Arkema's floor care resin product line to Nexeo Solutions in the US and Canada. Current products within the line include zinc cross linked resins, zinc free resins, concentrates, floor leveling aid, and opacifier marketed under the ENCOR® trade name. In addition to the marketing and distribution of Arkema's floor care line, Nexeo Solutions will provide a variety of dedicated technical resources such as formulation, lab and application assistance.
