Nextel Implements ClickSoftware Throughout Brazil to Maintain Highest Levels of Customer Service as it Expands 3G Rollout

Nextel Telecomunicações Ltda., one of the largest mobile network operators in Brazil, is increasing workforce productivity as it responds to increased demand for 3G services nationwide using mobility and service optimization solutions from ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (NasdaqGS: CKSW).

Through the combination of optimized scheduling and real-time mobility, Nextel aims to:
