NextVault Acquires Vault USA Online Backup and Recovery Business

MIDDLEBORO, Mass., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- NextVault, Inc., a new company started by Kevin B. Harris and Bud Stoddard, the founders and former officers of AmeriVault Corp., today announced the acquisition of Vault USA, an online backup and recovery service provider. NextVault immediately bolsters its business by adding a proven online backup and recovery technology service provider.

Gelson and former Vault USA Chief Technology Officer Alex Stoev recently launched Nine Technology, a new online backup and recovery company focused on developing new online backup systems to offer to managed service partners. NextVault will maintain the Vault USA name and remain headquartered in Middleboro, Mass.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
