NHPC Releases Framework For Developing A Home Performance Industry Roadmap

DENVER, May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The home performance industry needs a clear, broadly accepted vision of a pathway from promise to profitability. A new report from the National Home Performance Council (NHPC), entitled "Bringing on the Boom and Beating the Bust: A Framework for Developing a Roadmap to a Successful Home Performance Industry," provides synthesis of many opinions to the challenges and potential solutions facing the industry and aims to advance the development and implementation of a much-needed home performance industry roadmap.

While the report is not envisioned as a roadmap itself, it presents a number of potential solutions to key challenges that have emerged in discussions with stakeholders. The report also proposes a framework for prioritizing projects and allocating responsibility for undertaking them.
