Niagara Thermal Products LLC Announces the Acquisition of J. Kittredge & Sons, Inc.

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y., Jan. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Niagara Thermal Products LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of J. Kittredge & Sons, Inc. The acquisition brings together two highly regarded names in the design and supply of high value custom thermal solutions in the aerospace, defense and electronics markets.

Going forward, the acquired business will operate as J. Kittredge, a division of Niagara Thermal Products LLC. The Kittredge offices and manufacturing facility will remain in their current Hudson, Massachusetts location with future investments planned to improve and increase capabilities. Garret Peters will continue as General Manager of Kittredge and Michael Cronin will continue as Manager of Sales and Application Engineering. Both individuals will report to Scott Mowry, V.P. of Operations for Niagara Thermal.
