NEW YORK, Aug. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cushman & Wakefield announced today the promotion of Nicole Urquhart-Bradley, MAI, FRICS, to the role of President, Valuation & Advisory Americas.

Ms. Urquhart-Bradley has most recently held the role of Executive Managing Director, U.S. Lead for Valuation & Advisory. She began her commercial real estate career in 1988 when she was hired as an associate appraiser with Appraisal Partners, Inc. of Silver Spring, MD. In 2003 she joined Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, D.C., Inc. serving as leader of the Washington, D.C., office until mid-2004 when she was promoted to manager of the Mid-Atlantic Region. In September 2009, her area of responsibility expanded to include the Northeast Region. In September 2010, it expanded again to include the entire United States.

Ms. Urquhart-Bradley is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and past member of the Institute's Board of Directors for the Washington, D.C., Metro Chapter (2004-2007). She is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
