(NYSE: NMBL), a leading provider of flash-optimized hybrid storage solutions, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Nimble Storage. In addition, Nimble Storage has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on December 13, 2013, under the symbol "NMBL."
