Nina Aicardi Joins Okapi Partners as Managing Director

Veteran Corporate Governance and Proxy Advisory Executive Will Provide Expert Insight and Counsel to Corporate Clients and Institutional Investors

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Okapi Partners LLC, a proxy solicitation and investor response firm that advises corporations, institutional investors, private capital firms and investment management companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nina Aicardi as a Managing Director. Ms. Aicardi will advise Okapi's corporate clients and investors on a global basis on proxy contests, governance matters, M&A situations and annual and special meetings, drawing on her extensive background across corporate governance, proxy advisory, and investment banking.

Prior to joining Okapi Partners, Ms. Aicardi was Head of Corporate Governance, Americas at T. Rowe Price, where she served as the lead governance and engagement specialist for both the investment team and issuers. Previously, she was a senior member of the Special Situations Group at proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), where she developed voting recommendations in a number of high-profile proxy contests and contentious M&A situations for that firm's institutional clients. While at ISS, Ms. Aicardi covered activist situations and proxy contests with companies across all market capitalizations, and engaged with investors on a variety of issues and strategies. Prior to ISS, she worked in the investment management and investment banking industry for more than 15 years.
