Nissan Enhances Certified Pre-Owned Programs With Carfax

FRANKLIN, Tenn., May 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) has selected Carfax as the exclusive vehicle history provider for their Nissan and Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned programs. As of May 1, 2012, Carfax® Vehicle History Reports™ are a requirement for the Nissan and Infiniti certification process.

The Nissan and Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned programs build consumer confidence through a factory-backed 100,000 mile limited warranty.  The certification process requires pre-owned vehicles with less than 60,000 miles, which must pass a rigorous inspection process that includes a clean title and Carfax Vehicle History Report. Nissan and Infiniti certified vehicles also qualify for the Carfax Buyback Guarantee.
