Nissan joins the "Mother of All Relays" in collective goal of raising $550,000 to benefit the American Cancer Society and continue the fight against cancer one step at a time. The zero-emission Nissan LEAF will join the display by Nissan and Rodale, Inc. at the finish line for the Hood and Portland To Coast Relays on August 26-27, 2011.

The "Innovation for Endurance" program by Nissan and Rodale, Inc. connects Nissan and its "World Car of the Year" with a series of high-profile running and cycling events nationwide. The pillars of the program are the health and fitness "Innovators" who offer state-of-the-art tips on the "Innovation for Endurance" Facebook page, aimed at encouraging consumers to take their performance to a new level.
