NiTEO Products Enters Licensing Agreement to Manufacture Pennzoil® Specialty Chemicals

DALLAS, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NiTEO Products, a leading formulator, packager and marketer of automotive and household chemical brands, today announced a licensing agreement with Pennzoil-Quaker State Company DBA SOPUS Products, granting NiTEO the rights to manufacture specialty chemicals under the Pennzoil® brand, including brake fluids, power steering fluids, starting fluids, fuel additives, automotive cleaners and degreasers, and several other high-volume specialty chemical categories across all retail, OEM, and quick lube channels.

The agreement supports NiTEO's strategic objective of building and growing a portfolio of high-efficacy, branded automotive and household products. It will expand NiTEO's Chemical Products division and further strengthen its position as a leading branded products business serving the automotive market.
