SUGAR LAND, Texas, Feb. 7, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Noble Corporation plc ("Noble") (CSE: NOBLE, NYSE: NE) today announces that the persons listed below (the "PDMRs") received new A ordinary shares in Noble each with a nominal value of USD 0.00001 as a result of the vesting of restricted share units, each in the amount as set out in the notifications below.
