Chef Michael Bloise carries more than 17 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience to Pelican Grand Beach Resort, having established a history of success whether working as a private chef or in some of South Florida's top kitchens, such as Area 31, Tantra, WISH Restaurant and 1220 at The Tides Hotel, as well as The Goucho Room at the Loews Hotel and Sushi Samba Dromo.
