Nomad Foods Limited Announces Publication of Prospectus and Expected Readmission to Trading on London Stock Exchange
TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands, June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, a prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority in connection with Nomad Foods Limited's ("Nomad" or the "Company"; LSE: NHL) application for readmission of its ordinary shares to a Standard Listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Readmission"). The prospectus has been published and will be available on the Company's website www.nomadfoods.com and from the registered office of the Company, Nemours Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, at the Company's lawyers, Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP, and its administrators, International Administration Group (Guernsey) Limited.
It is expected that Readmission will become effective and dealings in the Company's ordinary shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. GMT on 23 June 2015.
The Company's ordinary shares and warrants were temporarily suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange on 20 April 2015 following the Company's announcement of its intention to acquire Iglo Foods Holdings Limited ("Iglo"), Europe's leading frozen food company, from a company backed by the Permira funds. The Company's acquisition of Iglo was completed on 1 June 2015.
A copy of the prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
