Norm Law Names Nicolas Dumont Head of Public Company Advisory and Adds Martin Pepeljugoski as Private Equity & M&A Partner

New Partners strengthen the AI-native firm's ability to advise sponsors, portfolio companies and public companies on complex transactions, governance and capital markets matters.

NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Norm Law LLP ("Norm Law"), the first AI-native full-service law firm for global institutional clients, today announced that Nicolas Dumont and Martin Pepeljugoski have joined the firm as partners.

Dumont joins as Partner and Head of Public Company Advisory, and Pepeljugoski as a Partner in the firm's Private Equity & M&A practice. Together, they expand Norm Law's ability to advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public companies, boards of directors and management teams on complex transactions, corporate governance, public-company reporting and capital markets matters.

As Head of Public Company Advisory, Dumont will build and lead the firm's practice advising domestic and foreign public companies on SEC reporting, stock exchange compliance, corporate governance and capital markets transactions.

Dumont brings nearly 20 years of experience advising public companies and leading complex capital markets transactions at several of the nation's leading law firms, including Cooley LLP, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

At Cooley, Dumont was a member of the firm's Public Companies and Capital Markets groups. He also served as a founding member of its Artificial Intelligence Task Force and co-headed its Alternative Data, Monetization and Governance group. He began his career at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Paris. Dumont is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Princeton University.

Pepeljugoski represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public companies, boards of directors and management teams in a wide range of domestic and international transactions. He also has experience in capital markets and finance transactions.

He previously practiced in the private equity transactions group at Ropes & Gray LLP and in the corporate practice at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he focused primarily on M&A and other strategic transactions. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Tufts University.
