FLORHAM PARK, N.J., July 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern today announces it has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Park Place in Florham Park, New Jersey. The 30-acre, premier corporate office complex consists of four buildings totaling 351,995 square feet. Transwestern Principal James Postell, Managing Director Matt McDonough and Vice President Daniel Ligorner will lease the property on behalf of the owner, Normandy Real Estate Partners, which owns and operates one of the largest and most noteworthy diversified property portfolios in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
