North 6th Agency Announces Expansion Of Senior Management Team

NEW YORK, April 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- North 6^th Agency (N6A), an award-winning communications agency based in the heart of SoHo in New York City, today announced promotions, new hires and appointments to its senior management team.

• Daniela Mancinelli was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President. Mancinelli previously served as Vice President and oversaw clients and staff in the N6A Velox Group. In her new role, Mancinelli will oversee agency personnel functions, professional development initiatives, strategy and executive support. She will serve as the direct report for other members of the N6A senior management team and will report directly into the CEO.
• Amy Rosen has been appointed Senior Vice President, and will oversee staff members and clients in the N6A Haraka Group. Rosen is a 20-year PR industry veteran with experience both in-house and on the agency side. She has serviced blue chip accounts such as Target, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Porsche, General Electric, IBM, P&G, and General Motors. Rosen has worked on the agency side for Edelman, Sard Verbinnen, Burson Marsteller, and most recently with Hill & Knowlton, where she served as a consultant in the Corporate Practice.
• Lori Ruggiero has been appointed Senior Vice President, and will oversee staff members and clients in the N6A Velox Group. Ruggiero is an accomplished media industry veteran who has spent the past 15 years working for some of the world's largest news organizations, including CNN, Fox Business Network, and ESPN. Ruggiero has won two Peabody awards, one in 2005 for her coverage of Hurricane Katrina, and one in 2008 for her coverage of the Presidential Primaries and Election. Most recently, Ruggiero served as a Supervising Producer for Al Jazeera America. 
• John Hannaway has been appointed Vice President of Operations. In his role, Hannaway will oversee agency finance, human resource and operation functions. Hannaway joined N6A in 2015, and previously served as Deputy Executive Director of Aquinas Housing Corporation, a nonprofit real estate development firm.

Rounding out the N6A senior management team is Senior Vice President Nina Velasquez. Velasquez joined N6A in 2012 as an Account Director, and has since risen to become Senior Vice President. Velasquez oversees staff members and clients in the N6A Ikuzo Group, and was the winner of the Q1 2016 "N6A Chairman's Pick", as well as the 2015 "N6A Bucket List" competition as the highest performer in the agency.
