(N6A), an award-winning communications agency based in the heart of SoHo in New York City and Toronto's Financial District, today announced the recipients of its signature performance, perks and quality of life programs for the month of July 2017.
The account team HYPR Brands captured "N6A Team of the Month" honors in July. The "N6A Team of the Month" program rewards the account team that demonstrates the most impressive results, service, and collaboration for an N6A client throughout the month.
The N6A Haraka Group took home the "N6A Golden Group" trophy as the highest-performing group for the month. The "N6A Golden Group" competition is awarded monthly, with cash bonuses being awarded to the winning group.
Earlier in the month, N6A announced the promotions of N6A staff members, including:
- Darline Morel to Operations Manager for the Toronto Office and reporting directly to Senior Vice President Jasmine Pickel.
- Florence Lousqui to Director of the newly formed N6A Professional Services Group and reporting directly to Executive Vice President Daniela Mancinelli.
- Corryn Hurrington to Senior Account Executive and reporting directly to Director Florence Lousqui.
- Lexie Gracey to Account Executive and reporting directly to Director Florence Lousqui.
Last month, N6A exceeded their customer service goals and spun the 'Wheel of Perks' rewarding selected staff members an all-expense paid day trip to a spa of their choice.
The 'Wheel of Perks' program, a part of N6A's Compete and Care initiatives, is measured through N6A's 6PA ranking and is designed as a method of motivating and rewarding N6A team members collectively for milestone achievements in customer service. These goals are set based on N6A's monthly performance review system, the 6PA rankings, where clients can provide numerical scores each month based on their level of satisfaction. Perks change on a month-to-month basis.
Additionally, the following N6A staff members were named "N6A Producer of the Week" in July. The "N6A Producer of the Week" program was created to reward individual N6A staff members who achieve the highest level of production and contribute the most to N6A on a weekly basis. "N6A Producer of the Week" winners receive an extra $1,000 base salary increase for every week they take home the prize.
