North 6th Agency Appoints Former JP Morgan Chase Executive James Morris As SVP Of Finance
N6A taps financial industry veteran to lead global finance functions across New York City and Toronto offices
NEW YORK and TORONTO, Oct. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- North 6th Agency (N6A), an award-winning communications and social media agency based in New York City and Toronto, today announced that it has appointed James ("Jim") Morris as Senior Vice President of Finance.
Morris will report directly to N6A CEO Matt Rizzetta. He will oversee all financial functions across N6A's global operation, including; accounting responsibilities for N6A's United States and Canadian entities, corporate financial statements, financial analysis and data reporting, financial counsel, competitive market research and other strategic financial initiatives to support N6A's growth and scale objectives.
With nearly three decades of financial leadership experience, Morris joins N6A after spending the past 12 years with JP Morgan Chase. Most recently, he was Executive Director and CFO of JP Morgan Chase's Global Wealth Management Technology Division. In this role, Morris directed all financial aspects, including financial reporting, and managing forecasts for JP Morgan's Wealth Management Technology Organization.
Prior to this role, Morris served in a variety of financial leadership positions within JP Morgan Chase's Corporate Risk Reporting and TSS Technology divisions.

Prior to his tenure with JP Morgan Chase, Morris served as Director of Global Technology and Services Finance at Merrill Lynch, a position he held from 1999 to 2005. Morris has held financial management positions with Barclays, Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers. He began his career as an Analyst for Prudential Securities.
