North American Petroleum Corporation USA Announces its Name Change to Petroflow Energy Corporation

TULSA, Okla., Dec. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective December 27, 2011, North American Petroleum Corporation USA (the "Company") changed its name to Petroflow Energy Corporation. 

"The Company has consummated the Joint Chapter 11 Plan of North American Petroleum Corporation USA and its related entities, that was confirmed on September 14, 2011 and became effective on September 30, 2011 (the "Plan").  The name change is one of the final steps in the Company's emerging as a private corporation.  As the Company looks forward to 2012, we are very excited about its future and hope to begin to capitalize on its drilling opportunities by spudding its first well in January," said  President & CEO, Richard Menchaca.
