North Course Brands Acquires RxSugar®, Expanding Portfolio with Premium Allulose-Based Functional Food Brand

TUSTIN, Calif., June 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- North Course Brands, LLC ("North Course"), a California based leader in nutrition focused consumer packaged goods, today announced the acquisition of the RxSugar^® brand and related assets from Nutrishus Brands Inc. ("Nutrishus"). The transaction, finalized on October 29, 2024, marks a significant step in North Course's mission to deliver high-quality, health-focused functional food and nutraceutical products to consumers throughout the world.

RxSugar^®, the leading brand of allulose based food products in the global marketplace, offers a portfolio of Non-GMO, Keto-certified products, including stand-alone and flavored allulose powders and syrups. The brand's SKUs—such as RxSugar^® Organic Pancake Syrup, Chocolate Syrup, and Swealthy Stix—have earned a loyal following for their great taste and health-conscious appeal, backed by consumer preferred certifications such as "Plant Based" and "FODMAP Friendly". Under the terms of the agreement, North Course has acquired all RxSugar^® intellectual property positioning the company to scale the brand's omnichannel presence.
