North Fork Table & Inn Taps HP-PR for Public Relations Services
Boutique Firm Expands Long Island Presence with New Clients, & Social Influencer Collaboration
NEW YORK, May 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The North Fork Table & Inn, located in Southold, in the heart of Long Island's wine country, has retained HP-PR for its public relations services. It is the newest client for HP-PR, a boutique firm specializing in travel, hospitality, culinary and lifestyle brands. The company also represents Swallow Restaurant Group.
To help elevate the social media presence of its fast-growing roster, HP-PR has also collaborated with Sal DiBenedetto (aka The Grubfather), a food and travel writer, photographer, and influencer. His keen eye for food and lifestyle trends will strategically support HP-PR clients with experiential marketing, content creation, social media, videography and photography.
"It's an honor to be working with the culinary talents at both the North Fork Table & Inn and Swallow Restaurant," said Helen Patrikis, president and founder of HP-PR. "As Long Islanders, we're committed to showcasing the talent and incredible food and wine the region has to offer. Our clients single us out for the personalized, hands-on approach we provide and for the strong results we're able to achieve. Long Island is in the midst of a culinary renaissance, and I look forward to helping these and other clients get the recognition they deserve."
Patrikis, a PR agency veteran, launched HP-PR in 2014. The firm's client roster includes luxury resorts such as Manoir Hovey, The Fearrington House, Wickaninnish Inn, and Langdon Hall, as well as Amy's Bread and the National Greece Tourism Office.
Patrikis' strategic talents include media relations, product launches, events, consumer campaigns, and consulting. She specializes in media training for chefs, athletes, authors and CEOs to ensure that they are comfortable and credible during interviews and media appearances.
The North Fork Table & Inn offers progressive American cuisine with a seasonally inspired menu. Executive chef Stephan Bogardus succeeds acclaimed late chef Gerry Hayden, working closely with proprietor/pastry chef Claudia Fleming and partners Mike and Mary Mraz, all veterans of New York's finest restaurants (Gramercy Tavern and Hearth).
At Swallow Restaurant, Chef James Tchinnis specializes in new American cuisine served on small plates designed for sharing. Dishes are composed of the freshest, seasonal and local ingredients. Diners enjoy simple, refined cuisine in the casual, relaxed settings at the two Swallow locations in Huntington Village and Montauk.
