North Highland Appoints Sharad Elhence as Vice President

DALLAS, June 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- North Highland announced today that Sharad Elhence has been named vice president of strategy, supporting the West region. He will be based in the firm's Dallas office. Elhence will help drive strategic client projects across the various industry practices offered by the firm. His experience in combining strategy and operations in transformative programs will be utilized across areas of supply chain management, advanced analytics, and value assurance in large business technology programs.

He has deep knowledge in developing transformational strategies among various functional areas, including supply chain and information technology. For these clients, Elhence was able to identify growth opportunities, provide the strategy framework to meet their goals and support implementation that drove significant value.

Most recently, Elhence served as partner at Infosys Management Consulting. Prior to this role, his leadership experiences include COO of an enterprise performance management solutions provider, vice president of strategy at i2 Technologies and engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
