North Highland Names Jeff McMahon as New Market Lead for Charlotte Office

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- North Highland, a global management consulting firm, is excited to announce Jeff McMahon as the new market lead for the firm's Charlotte office. McMahon takes over this position from Jim Arnold, who has served Charlotte clients in the role for the last four years. Arnold will remain in Charlotte and continue his role as the global industry lead for retail and consumer packaged goods. In addition, Jim will assume the role of president for North Highland's central region, which includes Charlotte, Chicago, Minneapolis, Nashville and St. Louis.

McMahon joined North Highland in 2003 as the fifth employee in North Highland's Charlotte office. McMahon grew his career focused on delivering and leading consulting engagements, working his way from senior manager to become one of the firm's managing directors, most recently playing the role of national account executive for two of the North Highland's largest Fortune 100 clients. He has an extensive background in business and information technology consulting in the financial services and telecommunications industries. He has 20 years of experience helping clients drive revenue, optimize processes, improve customer experience and manage risk. Prior to joining North Highland, Jeff was a manager in Accenture's process practice area.
