Inside the Magic Portal

The adventure begins aboard a magical trolley powered by the Aurora Borealis. A glowing portal whisks riders to the North Pole, where 400-year-old English oak doors creak open to reveal Santa's Grand Workshop. Inside, half a million pieces of décor, antique toys, and Broadway-caliber sets create a storybook world where every corner hums with wonder.

2025 Highlights of the North Pole Experience

• Magical Trolley Ride: Passengers can experience the enchanted trolley powered by the Aurora Borealis, traveling through a themed portal with routes beginning and ending at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff, recognized as the official gateway to the North Pole.
• Toy Hall of Fame: Visitors can observe a procession of Toy Soldiers and view a curated collection showcasing Santa's most iconic creations from the past 100 years.
• Santa's Original Workshop: Guests can explore a historical setting that highlights the origins of Christmas traditions and the workshop where the earliest toys were created.

• Toy Factory Experience: The teddy-bear workshop comes to life as production reaches full speed, featuring interactive displays and playful surprises throughout the experience.
