NLD has successfully performed these tasks for its sister company, Gemini Fund Services, LLC ("Gemini"), which administers multiple shared mutual fund trusts, along with many standalone mutual funds, hedge funds and variable annuities. Their largest shared trust, the Northern Lights Fund Trust, has more than 90 funds and over $7.57 billion in assets. Assets in the trust doubled in 2010, nearly doubled again in 2011 and is still experiencing growth in 2012. Gemini launched a second shared trust in June 2011, the Northern Lights Fund Trust II, and launched the Northern Lights Fund Trust III in early 2012.
