Northstar partnered with Balfour to bring the 63,000 SF, 74 residence location to Denver, Colorado's historic Stapleton neighborhood
DENVER, Aug. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Northstar Commercial Partners is pleased to announce the completion of Balfour Senior Care's latest premier senior living community. Northstar partnered with Balfour to bring the 63,000 SF, 74 residence location to Denver, Colorado's historic Stapleton neighborhood.

In addition to Stapleton, Northstar is currently working to finalize another development for Balfour in Ann Arbor, MI, a $51 million, 151 residence where construction is expected to begin this year. Northstar is also about ready to complete other senior care locations in Las Cruces, NM, and Bloomington, IL for another operator, and plans to continue its work in the senior living and care space throughout the United States.
