MILWAUKEE, Sept. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwestern Mutual is dedicated to ensuring an inspiring, inclusive workplace in which everyone feels highly valued and actively engaged. This month, the company is a sponsor of two key diversity and inclusion conferences, including the National Black MBA (NBMBAA) Conference and Grace Hopper Celebration.
"At Northwestern Mutual, we believe that cultivating a diverse workforce makes us a better company for everyone, from our clients to our employees," said Raymone Jackson, director of diversity and inclusion, Northwestern Mutual. "We are excited to sponsor these two conferences that help us provide even more opportunities to women and African Americans."

The National Black MBA Association is committed to promoting education and economic empowerment of African Americans. Kicking off today, this year the conference returns to Detroit, a city that is symbolic of the work that the organization has done in the African American professional community. A longtime partner of the NBMBAA, Northwestern Mutual also sponsors the organization's local chapters throughout the country. Full agenda: https://nbmbaa.org/conference-agenda
