Then by the time they get home, they're too tired to make dinner because they've worked all day and have not eaten. Having intermittent snacks throughout the day may help people keep going if they want to stay on their specific schedule and wait to get home to really eat. It may also help get their body back on track to aim towards a healthier eating pattern.
