Noted Trial Lawyer Mark D. Pierce Named Newest Partner of National Firm Slack & Davis

AUSTIN, Texas, June 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Slack & Davis L.L.P., with offices in Austin, Dallas and Fort Worth and a national practice handling personal injury and wrongful death cases, has announced that Mark D. Pierce has been named a partner. Mr. Pierce is a highly regarded trial lawyer who has obtained a number of significant verdicts since joining Slack & Davis in 2008. He has had three Top 10 Texas verdicts in 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Pierce is an FAA-certified commercial pilot and flight instructor with a wealth of experience in aviation-related legal matters.

Besides aviation matters, Mr. Pierce handles a variety of major personal injury and death cases involving unsafe products, construction site and workplace disasters, automobile and truck wrecks.

Mr. Pierce graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1979.
