NOTICE OF 2026 CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT FOR PURCHASERS OF SINGULARITY FUTURE TECHNOLOGY LTD. SECURITIES

COSTA MESA, Calif., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The following statement is being issued by Simpluris, Inc., court-appointed settlement administrator, regarding the Singularity Future Technology Ltd. Securities Class Action Settlement.

If you purchased or otherwise acquired Singularity Future Technology Ltd. (f/k/a Sino-Global Shipping America Ltd.) securities between February 2, 2021 and February 24, 2023, inclusive, you may be affected by an amended class action settlement.

On September 10, 2026, the Court entered an order preliminarily approving a proposed $5.8 million class action settlement (the "2026 Settlement"). This is the second proposed settlement of the Action. The Court previously granted preliminary approval of a proposed settlement on July 30, 2025. Notice of that settlement and an opportunity to submit a Claim Form (by the January 16, 2026 deadline) was sent to the Settlement Class. The Court, however, did not grant final approval of the earlier proposed settlement. The parties renewed their negotiations and reached the 2026 Settlement described in this notice.

WHAT IS THE 2026 SETTLEMENT?
The 2026 Settlement Fund provides a $5.8 million Settlement Fund for the benefit of the Settlement Class. The Settlement Fund will be used to pay Court-approved attorneys' fees and litigation expenses, notice and administration costs, any Court-approved service awards, and taxes. The remaining Net Settlement Fund will be distributed to eligible Class Members according to the Court-approved Plan of Allocation.

WHO IS INCLUDED?
The Settlement Class includes all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Singularity securities between February 2, 2021 and February 24, 2023, inclusive, and were damaged as a result. Certain people and entities associated with Singularity and the other defendants are excluded.

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
If you wish to remain a Class Member in the 2026 Settlement, you do not need to take any further action. You will remain in the Settlement Class and will be bound by the 2026 Settlement and any judgment entered by the Court.

Exclude Yourself: If you do not want to be legally bound by the 2026 Settlement, you must request exclusion by January 11, 2027. If you exclude yourself, you will not be eligible to receive a payment from the 2026 Settlement.

Object: If you remain in the Settlement Class but disagree with the 2026 Settlement, you may object. Your objection must be submitted by January 11, 2027.

WHEN WILL THE COURT CONSIDER THE 2026 SETTLEMENT?
The Court will hold a hearing on January 25, 2027 at 1:00 p.m. ET at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Courtroom 10A South, 225 Cadman Plaza East Brooklyn, NY 11201 to consider whether the 2026 Settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate. You may attend the hearing at your own expense, but you do not have to.
