Novak Construction Celebrates Creekview Apartments Grand Opening
RICHMOND, Ill., Aug. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- An open house celebration took place Friday, August 11th, led by Full Circle Communities' President, Joshua Wilmoth and Full Circle's Vice President of Real Estate, Lindsey Haines. This event signaled the opening of the new 22,000 square foot, 3-story affordable senior living complex located at 5615 Liberty Street in Richmond, Illinois. The celebration included an Awards Ceremony followed by Property Tours of the new space.
This new development serves low income seniors in need of secure housing. The building is situated adjacent to a walking trail and features a variety of services focused on health and wellness. The building has (25) accessible units comprised of one and two bedroom units, a computer lab, library, community room, and an on-site property management office. Full Circle Communities also provides "concierge amenities" including transportation services, case management, medical screenings, health and fitness resources for their residents. A natural wetlands buffer and generous landscaping provide for an environmentally-friendly outdoor setting surrounding the Apartments.
