The summit will feature discussions regarding the future of the opportunity zones (OZ) incentive after it was made permanent in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), which was signed into law July 4 by President Donald Trump.

"The original OZ incentive was enacted in 2017 and was scheduled to sunset after 2026.
