The wellness hospitality brand debuts a new name and identity with culinary, spa and education events November 5 and 7.
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Culinary & Cannabis, the nurse-founded cannabis experience company, is relaunching as Savor & Solace, a wellness hospitality brand built around culinary discovery, cannabis education and restorative self-care. The new brand debuts in Los Angeles with three experiences: Savor & Solace Table on November 5, followed by The Canna Spa by Savor & Solace and Savor & Solace Sessions on November 7.
Founder & Nurse - Tamara Anderson
Founded nearly a decade ago by registered nurse Tamara Anderson, the company has hosted more than 120 experiences across nine cities, including New York, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City and San Francisco, welcoming more than 2,900 guests. Its events pair chef-led food, CBD spa services, wellness treatments and plant education in settings designed for curious adults, from first-timers to healthcare professionals.
"Cannabis has always been part of what we do, but cannabis was never the entire story," said Anderson. "The real purpose has always been education, experience and giving people a comfortable space to explore something they may have questions about. Savor & Solace reflects the company we have been growing into for years."
A Nurse's Approach to Cannabis
As a nurse, Anderson saw conversations about cannabis happening at two extremes: stigma and misinformation on one side, consumption-focused parties on the other. She built the company for the space in between, creating beautiful, controlled environments where adults could learn about the plant beyond smoking, and where her own nursing colleagues and physicians would feel comfortable attending.
Following a cancer diagnosis and continuing health challenges, Anderson stepped back from producing events. The pause sharpened her focus on rest, restoration and quality of life, and on building a sustainable company that lets her prioritize her health while continuing the work she believes in.
"We are not here to tell people cannabis is a cure-all," Anderson said. "We are here to help adults become more informed. I want people to feel comfortable asking questions, discovering something new and understanding that wellness is personal."
Why Savor & Solace
Savor stands for food, gathering and sensory experience. Solace stands for comfort, restoration and the idea that guests should leave feeling better than when they arrived. The new name makes room for a company that had already grown beyond cannabis and food into education, wellness and hospitality. Cannabis remains central to the experience without defining every part of it.
The rebrand introduces a softer visual identity built on botanical forms and a rising sun, in warm cream, blush rose, soft peach, muted sage and blue-gray. The brand promise is three words: Ritual. Nourish. Restore. Savor & Solace now operates as one parent brand with distinct experiences beneath it, so guests can enter through whichever experience speaks to them most.
The November Experiences
Savor & Solace Table (November 5): The brand's chef-led culinary series, weaving plant education into an evening of dining, tastings and conversation.
The Canna Spa by Savor & Solace (November 7): One of Anderson's most recognized concepts returns under the new brand, pairing massage, facials and CBD-centered wellness services with food, beverages, music and brand activations.
Savor & Solace Sessions (November 7):The educational arm of the brand, featuring expert-led conversations and workshops that make cannabis more approachable for adult audiences.
All experiences are open to guests 21 and over.
What Comes Next
The Los Angeles launch is the first step in a larger plan. Savor & Solace Suites will offer media, talent, gifting and partner hospitality, with a long-term vision for Savor & Solace House, a permanent wellness hospitality destination. The company is also building partnerships across wellness, hospitality, culinary, beauty and cannabis, bringing brands into the experience through education, product discovery and curated activations rather than logo placement.
"The cannabis industry does not need more parties. It needs more opportunities for education, authentic connection and elevated hospitality," Anderson said. "I want people to eat incredible food, rest, connect and discover something they did not know before they walked through the door. Cannabis does not have to be the loudest thing in the room for us to have an important conversation about it."
Tamara Anderson is available for interviews.
