Oak Hill Capital Partners Names Jeff Epstein Senior Advisor for Technology

NEW YORK, Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Oak Hill Capital Partners today announced that Jeff Epstein has joined the firm as Senior Advisor.  Mr. Epstein, who was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle, will advise on existing and prospective private equity investments, with a focus on the technology industry.

Prior to working at Oracle, Mr. Epstein was Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, including DoubleClick (acquired by Google), King World Productions (acquired by CBS) and Nielsen's Media Measurement and Information Group.  Earlier in his career, he was a merger and acquisitions investment banker at The First Boston Corporation.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of Priceline.com, where he serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees, and is also a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Stanford University Hospital and a member of the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  

Mr. Epstein earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA from Yale College, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
