Oakwood Worldwide® Expands Operations At Sales & Service Center

LOS ANGELES, April 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Oakwood Worldwide, the global leader in corporate housing and serviced apartments, has expanded its Worldwide Sales & Service Center, located in Phoenix, Ariz., to accommodate a 50 percent increase in staff with the goal of providing greater operational efficiency as part of the company's continued focus on global growth.

The centralized facility, one of three Oakwood Worldwide has throughout the world, provides customers of both Oakwood^® and ExecuStay^® brands with more efficient processing as well as a 24-hour customer care center, which is a new feature for ExecuStay customers. The company's similar centers operate out of London and Singapore.

The staff of the WSSC has increased rapidly through a combination of centralized services, new initiatives and the recent acquisition of the ExecuStay brand. Oakwood Worldwide has signed a lease for additional office space within their current facility as the company is seeing continued growth in 2013. Phoenix, which is home to customer care centers for more than 200 companies, offers a rich talent base for Oakwood Worldwide.

The WSSC is core to Oakwood Worldwide's service delivery model, providing 24/7/365 sales and customer service, as well as, international reservations, hotel reservations and centralized accounts receivable and payable teams. With the addition of ExecuStay operations, the WSSC will employ more than 230 residents in the Phoenix area.
