The corporate apartments at the newly renovated 25-story property called The Nash, cater to business and leisure travelers seeking to lease a fully-furnished apartment for stays of less than 30 days.

Located at 222 East 39th Street, in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Midtown, The Nash adds 43 units to the company's New York City portfolio, which includes nearly 750 apartments in more than 30 locations. The Nash broadens the company's housing options with a unique offering of short-term stays for less than 30 days. This comes on the heels of the company's expansion into sought-after urban markets with new property openings at 234 Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay and at Via 6 located at 2121 Sixth Avenue in downtown Seattle.
