Oasis Outsourcing Releases ACA Time Management Tool

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Oasis Outsourcing, one of the nation's largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), has released an ACA Time Management Tool to assist its clients with the Employer Mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The Employer Mandate impacts employers with 50 or more full-time and/or full-time equivalent employees by requiring these employers to do in-depth workforce tracking to determine whether individual employees are full-time (or trending full-time) for benefits eligibility purposes.

The ACA Time Management Tool provides Oasis clients with relief from the manual tracking process due to its ability to provide ongoing measurement of employees, including trend information. It also assists in determining potential penalty risks and aids in the planning of ACA strategy. Clients receive an automatic monthly report illustrating which employees are confirmed eligible, trending eligible and trending ineligible.
