Obstacle Course Racing Superstar, Hunter McIntyre and World's Toughest Mudder Champion, Katie Knight Sign with BOA Nutrition

RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 14, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- BOA Nutrition announced it has inked a deal with the 7-time champion and world-record-holder in multiple obstacle course racing disciplines. Hunter McIntyre holds titles from Hyrox, Tough Mudder X, OCR, the Murph Challenge, and Broken Skull Ranch. Sports Illustrated has called him one of the 50 Fittest Humans on Earth. The company announced it has also signed Katie Knight, the  2021 World's Toughest Mudder Champion, who recently decided to pursue obstacle course racing on a more serious basis.

Hunter has also joined the company's advisory board, after spending the last several months using BOA's first product (ENDURE) in training and competition and helping the company with development of its next product (FUEL). ENDURE is a rapid sodium replacement product that helps athletes with their hydration strategy. FUEL is a fast-acting smart carb supplement that also provides vitamins and caffeine. Both products were developed to help athletes manage well-known problems.

Knight was using BOA's ENDURE during the 24-hour, 90-mile, Toughest Mudder Race. It was her first time participating in the event.
