OccuNomix International LLC acquires OK-1 Safety

PORT JEFFERSON STATION, N.Y., June 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- OccuNomix International LLC, the leader in high visibility work wear and safety products, announced today the acquisition of the OK-1 safety products division of OK-1 Manufacturing Company in Altus, OK.  OK-1 Safety is a prominent brand in high visibility work wear and ergonomic safety products.  Altus brand sporting goods are not included in the acquisition and will continue as a separate company.

Douglas Rose, Chairman of OccuNomix and Managing Partner of Gardner Webster Capital Partners, noted "This is an exciting time for OccuNomix as this acquisition unites two of the most respected brands of high visibility work wear and ergonomic safety products, and will expand the scale and capabilities of both companies to better serve our customers."
